Zen Den Yoga School teaches you how to juice the following for your first morning with them, and you’ll be empowered to continue juicing your detox beverage on your own for the rest of your retreat. These are scheduled in advance both are in the late morning between 11:00 and 12:30, (this will vary slightly based on our therapist's availability, so it may shift 30-60 minutes). First-timers Zen Den Yoga School & Wellness Retreats advise you to relax afterwards and skip doing Hatha yoga flow. Shamanic Breath-work Journey is Wednesday mornings at 07:45 (unless otherwise specified) and replaces meditation. This meditation time can be adjusted for you only when there is no yoga school in session) let Zen Den Yoga School & Wellness Retreats know if you would like to do private instruction on this topic. Meditation daily (08:00) every day except Wednesdays and Thursdays (arrive 5-10 minutes early to set yourself up and please note doors shut at 08:00 so be mindful to the others in the group).
